Online YCC Panel (21 October 2024): Constitutional Court Resilience and Resistance Vis-à-vis De-democratization
The Younger Comparativists Committee (YCC) of the American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL) is pleased to announce an online panel on “Constitutional Court Resilience and Resistance Vis-à-vis De-democratization.” The panel will be held on 21 October 2024 from 4:45-6:15 P.M. CEST.
